Paris Fall 2012 Couture

Holla couture! Couture means a high end fashion or luxury things, extravagant fashion, usually very expensive and outrageous. I am always impressed with couture fashion, breathtaking. Although, fashion couture only can be used in a particular occasion such a red carpet appearance, an event with evening gown dresscode, sometimes even less wearable. So it only could be used for fashion shoot or outfit performance. Despite from it, to create a couture fashion pieces takes skill and superb tailoring techniques. To realize imaginative ideas that out the box, of course, takes effort and a good interpretation. Personally, fashion couture is extraordinary art. Because, not everyone will understand couture fashion, and obviously it is different from a fashion ready to wear.

In Paris, on 1-5 July 2012 there was a fashion event named Paris Fall 2012 Couture. Enlivened by fabulous top designers masterpieces. Anyway here's my personal picks from the event, succeeding Armani Prive, Chanel, Christian Dior, Giambattista Valli, Versace, Valentino, Jean Paul Gaultier and Masion Martin Margiela. Through the backstage to the fashion runway.
My adoreness belongs to Versace. The designer is Donatella Versace. According from Vogue.com, in this collection, she deployed every technique in the arsenal to that effect, creating sinuous, patchworked dresses of crystal-beaded chiffon the best, in beige, slithering over every inch of the chameleon form of Karlie Kloss—as well as minidresses in chain mail, latticework corsets constructed from strips of patent leather, and short coats pieced from variegated zones of perforated leather. Donatella likes to incorporate nontraditional materials into couture. Finest hi-tech Japanese polyester into floating, shimmery skirts so lightweight that they seemed to flutter almost in slow motion, with a life of their own.

Personally, i always amuse with pastel colors, shimmer, sequins and prints. Turns out that gladiator heels is back on track. It's okay to broadening your fashion interest, doing a fashion experiment (mix-match), create an out of the box style, but still follow the guidelines : do wear proper outfit for the right time at the right place. Spread the love of fashion! :)
